Yapi Kredi Bank Credit Card Fee Refund Issue
I wanted to take a credit card from Yapı Kredi, they sent my card and I canceled my card because I learned that there was a membership fee. Then they said that they would give me a credit card without dues, and I accepted. I've been using it since January 2022. In 2022, as you said, there was no subscription fee. But as far as I can see on my June statement, the annual fee for the credit card has been cut. I made two complaints about the issue and you said let's return half of it. Also, you listened to the audio recordings where you said that you wouldn't charge the card fee, and you ended up lying by saying that nothing like that was said. If you didn't, why didn't you get it in 2022? Trusting your promise that we won't charge your card fee, I issued a card and demanded a full refund. Listen to all audio recordings of that week.
