Yapı Kredi ATM QR Cash Withdrawal Failed But Money Deducted, Request Refund

On 26 July 2026 at around 22:15 I tried to withdraw 5,000 TL from a Yapı Kredi ATM via QR cash withdrawal. The ATM did not dispense any money, but my account was debited by 5,000 TL, as clearly seen in my bank transaction record. I called Yapı Kredi customer service three times about this problem. Each time they opened a record, but my complaint was rejected immediately and the missing 5,000 TL was not returned to my account. I find it unacceptable that a transaction where no cash was received is still reflected as a successful withdrawal. I request that Yapı Kredi urgently investigate this failed ATM transaction and refund the 5,000 TL that was wrongly deducted from my account as soon as possible.
