Yapı Kredi ATM QR Cash Withdrawal Failed But Money Deducted, Request Refund

On 26 July 2026 at around 22:15 I tried to withdraw 5,000 TL from a Yapı Kredi ATM via QR cash withdrawal. The ATM did n...ot dispense any money, but my account was debited by 5,000 TL, as clearly seen in my bank transaction record. I called Yapı Kredi customer service three times about this problem. E
