Accidental Money Transfer between Yapı Kredi and Akbank - Unresolved Refund Request

Hello, I mistakenly sent money from my Yapı Kredi Bank account to the wrong IBAN via a fast transfer. Despite alerting them immediately, there has been no response. We initiated a refund request, but both Yapı Kredi and Akbank (the recipient bank) are passing the responsibility back and forth. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and it's disheartening to see two major banks handling it this way. I urgently request your intervention and assistance in rectifying this matter. The amounts involved are 300 TL (Ref: 1300095506), 1200 TL (Ref: 1300112756), and 1500 TL (Ref: 1300122000). Thank you.
