Akbank Has Not Processed My FAST Refund After My Transfer Cancellation
On Saturday, January 25, at 18:52, I transferred ₺6000 from Yapı Kredi Bank to Akbank, only to realize that the recipient was fraudulent. Within 15 minutes, I contacted Y*** K***, and a cancellation request was created, along with a query number. I was advised to call Akbank. At 23:11, I contacted Akbank customer service, where a representative named A*** informed me that, since it was the weekend, the money would be refunded to my Yapı Kredi account on Monday and that I needed to wait until the weekday.
