I Want a Refund for a Paybox Payment Still in Pending Status on My Card

I made a purchase online, but the transaction was processed through a company called Paybox, which turned out to be problematic. Due to issues with the merchant or the platform itself, I now want the payment made from my Yapı Kredi credit card to be fully refunded.
The transaction is still sitting in “pending authorization” status, and nothing has been completed or delivered. I feel genuinely misled and financially impacted by this situation. I trusted the platform to be secure and legitimate, and now I’m left waiting for a payment that shouldn’t have gone through in the first place.
I’m requesting that Yapı Kredi step in and reverse the charge as soon as possible. I expect your support in protecting me as your customer from faulty third-party payment systems like Paybox. Please investigate and process the refund without delay.
