My Yamaha NMAX 155 Is Waiting at Service for Weeks Due to Part Shortage

I took my 2024 model Yamaha NMAX 155cc motorcycle to a Premium dealer for its 6,000 km maintenance and reported an issue with vibration. They said it was due to the clutch and replaced the part. They returned the motorcycle, claiming the issue was resolved under warranty. However, I noticed the problem wasn’t fixed and brought it back to the service center. This time, they said there was a fault in the pulley and that a replacement part would be ordered, asking me to wait. It’s truly disappointing that a well-established brand like Yamaha is handling customers this way. My motorcycle has now been waiting at the dealer for almost a week, and today I was told the part could take around 45 days to arrive. This is unacceptable. A bike that’s still under warranty and has only 6,000 kilometers should not be left waiting for nearly two months. I no longer know how I could recommend this brand to my friends. I urgently request that Yamaha address this issue. Otherwise, I will no longer use or recommend Yamaha products.
