I purchased a Yamaha Nmax 155 in May 2024, and since day one, the front suspension makes a metal-on-metal clanking noise even on the slightest bumps. I waited until the 1,000 km break-in maintenance and reported the issue to the service center, but the technician dismissed it as a chronic problem and said they couldn’t help. After exploring Yamaha Nmax forums, I discovered that many 2024 model owners are experiencing the same issue. It’s disappointing that Yamaha is not standing behind a clear manufacturing defect, causing widespread dissatisfaction among users. The noise occurs even at low speeds, like 10-15 km/h over small bumps. I chose Yamaha, paying more for what I believed was superior quality, only to be let down. I urge Yamaha Turkey to address this problem and provide a solution for all affected customers, including myself.
