Honda CL 250 Warranty Repair Delay - No Courtesy Vehicle

I took my Honda CL 250 motorcycle, which I bought new in July 2024, to Nazilli Aysan on May 7, 2025, due to a malfunction. They diagnosed the problem for a week. They then told me there was a problem with the engine block and that a part would be replaced under warranty. Although the normal delivery time was 45 business days, I received my motorcycle on August 23, 2025, 110 days later. The replacement vehicle (a 125cc scooter) they were supposed to provide during the repair process was provided two months later. I had the right to request a replacement vehicle because my vehicle couldn't be repaired within the maximum repair time, but they kept stalling me, saying they'd get back to me today or tomorrow. I never got a response from either the service representatives or the distributor. Every time I called, they just dismissed me by saying I had a registration.
