Falcon CMAX 155 Stayed in Service for 57 Days - I Still Have No Repair
My Falcon CMAX 155 motorcycle showed a throttle malfunction at just 3,800 km, cutting off the gas and stalling while running. For this reason, I delivered it to the authorized service on 16.07.2025. Despite 57 days passing, my motorcycle is still waiting at the service center. I was told that the defective part was being produced at the factory and shipped, but during this entire time neither the part has arrived nor any repair has been carried out. I contacted Falcon customer service multiple times to resolve the issue, but each time I received dismissive and delaying responses. Even though the motorcycle is under warranty, the repair has not been completed. Moreover, this problem occurred before as well, and just one month after the previous repair the same issue reappeared. I use my motorcycle for work, and during this process I experienced transportation difficulties and could not use my motorcycle during the season. I request that my grievance be resolved immediately, the defective part be urgently supplied, and the repair completed without further delay.
