I purchased a brand new 2024 model Yamaha Nmax 155, but immediately noticed severe issues. The rear wheel is bent, and the tires are faulty, causing significant imbalance while riding. The rear shock absorbers are defective, leaking oil onto the rear brake, and one of the shock absorbers is collapsing. Even on a straight road, it feels like I'm riding with a flat tire, and the bike has zero road grip.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that a brand new motorcycle has such critical problems. I am requesting a full replacement of my motorcycle. Yamaha is known for quality when you pay, but when there’s a defective product, it’s expected to be resolved under warranty. Why are there such issues with a brand new motorcycle? I urge Yamaha to address this promptly and replace my faulty bike. Thank you.
