Roblox 500 Robux Payment via Xsolla Charged but Not Credited to Account
On July 17, 2025, around 11:30 PM, I purchased 500 Robux for Roblox through Xsolla. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the Robux were never credited to my Roblox profile.
I contacted support, and they keep saying the issue will be fixed, yet nothing has been resolved. This is highly disappointing and makes me feel cheated as both a customer and a parent trying to provide a fair gaming experience for my child.
I demand that the 500 Robux be credited immediately to the Roblox account or that the payment be refunded in full. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally and file an official complaint against Xsolla.
Xsolla and Roblox must take responsibility and ensure that customers receive the products they pay for. This level of negligence is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress and financial loss.
