On July 6, 2025, at 20:55, I purchased 500 Robux for my child through the Roblox app. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank card, and the merchant name shown on the transaction is Xsolla. However, despite the charge, the Robux were never credited to my child’s account.
My child’s Roblox username is Rose_Lisaa07. We checked repeatedly to see if the Robux would appear later, but nothing has been added. I essentially paid for a product that was not delivered. This is unacceptable, especially since Roblox is such a widely used platform and Xsolla is the official payment provider.
I demand that either the 500 Robux be credited to the Roblox account immediately or the full payment be refunded without delay. Customers should not be forced to chase after missing purchases when the transaction was completed successfully.
Roblox and Xsolla need to take responsibility for this issue, fix it quickly, and ensure other users do not experience the same problem in the future.
