Roblox 1000 Robux Payment via Xsolla Charged ₺423.26 but Not Delivered

I attempted to purchase 1000 Robux for my child through the Roblox app. During the payment process, I received a card error message, but shortly afterward, I received an SMS confirming that ₺423.26 was charged by Xsolla. Despite the successful charge, the 1000 Robux were never credited to the Roblox account.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a parent, I want to ensure my child gets what we paid for, and instead, I am left with a charge for nothing in return. Roblox is a globally trusted platform, and Xsolla is its official payment provider, so I expect much better service.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved without further delay. Either the 1000 Robux must be credited immediately, or the ₺423.26 should be refunded in full to my card. Customers should not have to struggle to get the products they already paid for.
Roblox and Xsolla need to take accountability and ensure that these types of failed transactions do not continue to cause inconvenience to users and their families.
