Epic Games Refund for Detroit Game Missing Full Amount
On January 18, 2025, I purchased the game Detroit from Epic Games using my İninal account. Without downloading or playing it, I decided to request a refund on January 20, 2025. After waiting a few days and not receiving the refund, I contacted Epic Games support. They informed me that the money was sent to my Xsolla account.
I had no idea what Xsolla was and had to research it. I reached out to their support team, who assured me the refund would be sent back to my original payment method, İninal. Today, I received an SMS from İninal stating that only 118.65 TL of the original 150.52 TL payment would be refunded.
While this may seem like a small difference, every amount matters when purchasing games. I demand the full refund of the amount I paid. Both Epic Games and Xsolla need to ensure their refund process is accurate and transparent. Please resolve this issue immediately.
