Xsolla Refused My Skin Refund Request After Spending Over ₺30,000

About 1.5 months ago, I made several in-game purchases through the Xsolla payment system, spending over ₺30,000 on skins using my credit card. After about a week, I realized I was not satisfied with one of the skins and submitted a refund request.
To my disappointment, when I contacted Xsolla customer service, my request was simply denied without any proper explanation or alternative solution. At the time of purchase, there was no clear information provided about whether or not refunds were possible for these types of digital items. Customers deserve transparency before making such expensive purchases.
I believe it is unfair to completely reject refund requests without reviewing individual cases, especially for high-value transactions. I demand that my refund request be reconsidered and that my financial loss be addressed.
Customers who spend significant amounts of money on digital content should have the right to request refunds, particularly when the purchase does not meet expectations and refund policies are not clearly stated.
