The payment was made from my Ziraat Bank account via GPay Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş. — ₺2,600 was transferred plus a ₺2.83 commission (total ₺2,602.83). My order number is a250926135101255.
That same day, I submitted a refund request since I had played the game for less than two hours and was within the 14-day refund policy. The Epic Games support team confirmed via email (Ref: 100D1a0L44R_1500QPOyVqXd:ref) that my refund had been approved and would be credited to my account within 30 days at the latest. However, as of today — more than a month later — no refund has been received. I confirmed with my Ziraat Bank branch (IBAN: **TR37 0001 0021 0297 6538 ****) that no incoming transaction has been recorded. My Epic Games account is registered under [email protected].
The game was removed from my library immediately after the refund was approved, and I currently have no access to it, yet my money hasn’t been refunded. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
