Epic Games Refund for GTA 5 Still Missing After 13 Days

On September 16th, I purchased GTA 5 from Epic Games for ₺396.97 using my İninal card. Due to an issue, I deleted the game without playing it, and it was successfully removed from my library and marked as refunded. However, it has now been 13 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. I’m requesting that my money be refunded immediately, as this delay is unacceptable. Epic Games, please process this refund as soon as possible.
