I invested in XM Global and managed to earn a profit through the trades I placed. Everything seemed fine at first—until I attempted to withdraw my earnings. That’s when the problems began. For weeks, they’ve been requesting document after document. Each time I submit exactly what they ask for, they either ignore my submission or demand something entirely new. It’s like they’re deliberately stalling the process and avoiding the payout.
Despite complying with every request and sending multiple emails to follow up, I have received zero proper responses. To make matters worse, they even erased the profit I earned from my account without any explanation.
It’s completely unacceptable that a company handling financial transactions can operate with such little accountability. I have now informed XM Global that I will be taking legal action if they do not resolve this immediately.
I am urging XM Global to take this seriously and fix the issue. I want my rightful profits restored and the withdrawal processed without further delay. This experience has been nothing short of exhausting and unfair.
