I Deposited into XM Global Forex But My Funds Still Haven’t Arrived

I made two separate deposits to XM Global Forex—one for ₺32,900 and another for ₺35,000. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, my funds still haven’t been credited to my account. Every time I contact support, they respond with the same excuse: “Your case is under review.” It’s been days, and nothing has changed.

I’ve already sent in all the proof of transfer, transaction receipts, and ID documents as requested. Yet they keep asking for more or saying they are still reviewing it. This feels like a stalling tactic rather than a genuine process.

I’m completely frustrated. This isn’t the level of professionalism I expected from an international forex firm. I didn’t transfer nearly ₺68,000 just to be ignored and sent in circles.

XM Global, I demand you resolve this immediately. Either credit the funds to my account or refund me in full. Enough with the delays and excuses—take accountability and deliver on your promises.
