On October 21, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of $205.29 through the XM platform. During the process, I was informed that it could take up to five business days, but it has now been seven business days, and the funds have still not been deposited into my Halkbank account. In the past, all of my withdrawals through the same platform were processed within just a few minutes.
Due to the delay, I contacted XM customer service multiple times via live chat. However, each time I only received the same canned response: “We are still reviewing your case.” No reference number or additional information was provided. Although my XM account shows the transaction as “completed,” there is no pending transaction or movement in my Halkbank account.
At their request, I also sent my bank account statement to XM, but they continue to respond only with “under review” and have provided no concrete solution. I am requesting that my withdrawal be processed immediately or, if not possible, that the transaction be canceled and the funds refunded without further delay.
