I Requested a $100 XM Withdrawal But They Keep Rejecting My Bank Documents

I submitted a $100 withdrawal request through XM on May 5, 2025, asking for the funds to be sent to my Halkbank account. It’s now been 24 days, and the money still hasn’t arrived. When I contacted XM support, they requested a bank statement. I provided the official statement from my bank—still, they rejected it.

I then went to my local branch and got the statement printed, photographed it, and converted it to PDF. They rejected that too. I even sent a screen recording of my bank transactions—again, denied. XM keeps finding new excuses not to process my withdrawal.

This kind of stalling for just ₺3,200 is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I’ve done everything they asked and yet I’m still being stonewalled. I even asked my bank to provide a formal transaction receipt, but they said they couldn’t issue one for an amount that hasn’t arrived.

XM needs to stop dragging its feet and process my withdrawal immediately. I’m extremely disappointed and will not stay silent. I expect them to fulfill their obligation without further delay or excuses.
