On October 27, 2025, I deposited $16 into my XM Global investment account through the company’s mobile app, using Ziraat Bank. Even though I have the payment receipt, my deposit was not reflected in my account for a long time. Since this occurred during a period of high market volatility with strong profit opportunities, I believe the delay was intentional. I also witnessed several instances where spread values were manipulated in real time, which caused my account to become liquidated.
While waiting for my deposit to be credited, I could only trade using the bonus funds, and during that time, I lost potential profits. I received no support while waiting for the funds to arrive, and ultimately, my account was liquidated. This is the second time I’ve experienced such an issue. I contacted XM Global customer support three times via WhatsApp, and each time they gave me the same response using different wording — to wait 24 hours. However, a FAST or wire transfer transaction should not take this long to process.
I request that XM Global compensate me for the losses and missed profit opportunities caused by this delay. I also expect the company to take preventive measures to ensure that such issues do not happen again.
