XM Fails to Process My $941 Transfer

On November 19, 2015, and November 25, 2025, I made bank transfers totaling approximately $941 USD from my personal account to Ziraat Bank accounts through the XM app, but these amounts were never credited to my XM account and my issue has not been resolved.
I have the receipts for these transfer transactions, and even though I have submitted them multiple times, the XM app keeps sending me repetitive emails without providing any concrete solution or clear outcome. Despite the time that has passed, I have not received any clear or satisfactory information about what happened to my money.
I request that XM urgently review the situation using my transfer receipts, ensure that the full $941 USD I sent is deposited into my account, and fully uphold all of my legal rights.
