On October 17, 2025, I transferred $2,000 via EFT to the Ziraat Bank account listed on XM Forex’s official website, intending for the funds to be credited to my MT5 trading account. My transaction reference number is 400446753. However, despite the time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited to my account.
At first, I contacted XM Forex customer service, and they told me the transfer would be completed within 24 hours. Later, they said the matter was “under investigation,” but recently, I have stopped receiving any replies to my messages. My bank confirmed that the transaction was successful, and I also shared the payment receipt with XM Forex. It has been verified that the funds reached XM Forex’s official bank account, yet there has been no clear explanation or resolution, and communication has completely stopped.
I demand that my funds be immediately credited or refunded without further delay. I expect XM Forex to resolve this issue urgently and provide a transparent update on the situation.
