I Sent Money to XM Global but They Didn’t Credit It—Support Treated Me Poorly

I transferred money to my XM Global account, but the funds were never credited. I followed all the correct steps, yet the money just disappeared. I’ve emailed them multiple times, only to be met with dismissive and disrespectful responses from their support team.

If they’re not going to credit the money, they should just say it directly. I’d rather they be honest than play these petty games with people’s hard-earned money. It’s disappointing to see a company that presents itself as a “global broker” behave like this.

XM, if you value your reputation, return the ₺ I sent or provide a clear explanation. This is unacceptable, and I won’t let it go without resolution.
