Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Not Working Properly
Two years ago, I bought a Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro vacuum cleaner. It was unable to map accurately or clean thoroughly. I sent it in for service twice and received inconsistent responses. They found no problems in one case, but charged me in the other, citing user error without providing an explanation. It only lasted six months, struggling to recognize obstacles and attempting to climb walls before diagnosing a wheel problem and charging me 1,700 tl. Ouno is in charge of the service, and contacting their customer service is nearly impossible. Nobody appears to be interested in your complaint. They only call when there is money involved. Your complaint will go unheard during these calls. They advised me to take my case to a consumer arbitration board, which I intend to do. However, I don't want anyone else to feel the same way I do. If you're thinking about making a purchase, think twice because it could be a waste of your money. Despite the enticing unboxing and initial setup videos on YouTube, I haven't come across anyone who has used it for more than six months.
