A total of approximately $1,900 in charges was made through the Xena app using my Halkbank credit card without my knowledge or approval. The transactions were completed today in multiple separate payments, and every charge was taken directly from my credit card without any authorization from me.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I immediately contacted both Halkbank and Xena by phone and in writing to report the issue. Despite this, no refund has been issued to my account so far, and Xena has not provided any clear information or proper resolution regarding the unauthorized transactions.
I demand the immediate cancellation of these charges made through the Xena app on my Halkbank credit card and request that the full amount of approximately $1,900 be refunded to my credit card account as soon as possible.
