PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller Stuck in Repair for Over 46 Days
I submitted my Sony Eurasia warranty-covered PlayStation 5 DualSense controller for repair due to an analog drift issue on December 21, 2024, at Sony's authorized service center in Eskişehir (Görgün Elektronik). The controller is still under warranty, and I provided all necessary documents, including the warranty certificate.
However, it has been 46 days (32 business days), and I have received no updates, no response, and no resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable. My controller has not been repaired or replaced, leaving me without a functional device for an unreasonable amount of time. I still have the service receipt as proof of submission.
Sony, please take action immediately! I demand that my PlayStation 5 DualSense controller be repaired or replaced and returned to me without further delay. The repair process has already far exceeded the expected turnaround time. I need a resolution now!
