Worldline Neglect: 58 Move5000f Devices Failed Installation, No Support
Worldline Payment System Solutions Inc. sold me 58 Move5000f model devices. I told the dealer that I wanted the installations done at the central location. The installation records were initiated by the dealer, and technical service was dispatched. However, before beginning the installation, they informed me that Worldline had canceled the records, and they left before the setup was completed. For the past week, I've been calling Worldline's customer service. The representative I spoke with said they had taken note of my problem and would contact me, but no one had contacted me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said they couldn't transfer the call. They claim to be innovators in every field, but they can't solve a single problem. Furthermore, there is no authorized person to speak with.
