Worldline Deal Offered for Broken Pos Repair Not Fulfilled
I sent my broken POS cash register with the serial number JHWE20038879 to Worldline Ingenico so they could fix it. It was thought that the repair would cost around 6,000 to 7,000 TL. As I was thinking about my choices, I saw that your helpline (0850 250 4030) was advertising a deal that gave me a 2,000 TL discount and free disposal. When I called the helpline and left my request, I was told that the authorized dealer would be notified and I would be contacted to complete the purchase. Soon after, someone from Pay-Ser called me. We talked, and after we agreed on the terms, I bought the item through an SMS link and paid a total of 7,898 TL. Later, I got a bill for the 2,000 TL refund, which brought the total amount I paid down to 5,898 TL. When I called your helpline again to start the disposal process, I was told that my request had been received. During a follow-up call, I was told the same thing more than once. After a long time, I was surprised to get the device with the seal still intact, without having inspected it or thrown it away first. This makes me worry about the money that was spent without a proper investigation and the fact that the used device was more expensive than a new one, even with the advertising campaign. Even though I've called your customer service several times, my problem hasn't been fixed in over 1.5 months. If the problem isn't fixed quickly, I have no choice but to take it to the courts and report possible fraud and dishonest practices to the competition board.
