Worldline Ingenico Service Unresponsive Despite Repeated Requests
It has been 15 days since we opened a service request with Worldline Ingenico, yet no one has come to inspect the device at our location. We have been...

Handling Worldline Ingenico's POS service seems to cause more trouble than solve problems. You can't bring in the broken device until they come to pick it up themselves, which usually takes about 4-5 days after they promise to come. And they still don't give it back until a week later. They really don't care about what your business goes through at that time. After 15 days, the device we got back from their service center was still not fixed. So, when we reached out to the authorized service, they told us to open a new ticket without even looking at the device first. They said it was repaired, but when it came back, it still didn't work. We made another service ticket for the same device, but it's been 5 days and there hasn't been any progress. We contact them on a regular basis, and describe the problem, and they listen, make notes, and promise to elevate the issue, but nothing changes... Before deciding to use Ingenico, it's worth giving it a second thought.

I sent my broken POS cash register with the serial number JHWE20038879 to Worldline Ingenico so they could fix it. It was thought that the repair would cost around 6,000 to 7,000 TL. As I was thinking about my choices, I saw that your helpline (0850 250 4030) was advertising a deal that gave me a 2,...
