Turkcell Blacklisted My Closed Number and Blocked My Line Transfer Request

I applied online and at the dealership to transfer my three postpaid lines, which are registered to me, from Vodafone to Turkcell. However, I was informed that the transfer could not be completed because a Turkcell number, 531961****, which I do not know when or how it was removed, does not use, and is registered to me as closed, was blacklisted. When I inquired whether there was any outstanding debt on the number, I was told there was none. I requested that this number, which has no debt, be removed from the blacklist, closed, and removed from the system. They asked me to submit a petition, which I did, but I have not received any results. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will transfer my lines to another operator and share my grievance across all social media platforms and forums.
