I had to send my Ingenico Move/5000f device for service three times due to issues with the contactless feature not functioning properly. Unfortunately, the CIP reading has also ceased to work. Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue, it still persists, and the customer service team has not been helpful, merely indicating that there are no solutions available. I am disappointed by the inadequate support and wish I had not selected this device for my business. This experience has led to avoidable hassle and lost time, as I rely on a dependable payment system. I anticipated a greater degree of professionalism and accountability from a company such as Worldline. I cannot endorse this product for others unless these concerns are resolved quickly.
