Worldline Ingenico Move 5000 F Pinpad Not Working

I purchased a Pinpad for my Worldline Ingenico Move 5000 F device, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. After the initial setup by the service team, I noticed that when certain cards are tapped on the Pinpad, both the Pinpad and the POS system reset, which is extremely frustrating. I’ve contacted service multiple times, but they haven’t provided a solution. The service team advised sending both the Pinpad and POS for repair, but they can't guarantee a fix.
This is a brand-new device, and I shouldn’t have to send it for repairs. If it’s faulty, they should either replace it or accept a return. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation; they said they’d email the headquarters, but it’s been over two weeks with no response. When I asked why there’s been no follow-up, they just told me to keep waiting.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and it feels like I’m being ignored. The Pinpad is now sitting unused, and I’m left with no resolution. I need a proper fix or replacement immediately. Thank you.

Friends, the problem was not solved, they said we would take it to the service, they said it would stay there for 1 month, and even then they are not sure if they will offer a solution. A brand new device has been sitting unused for 1 year.
