Worldline Ingenico Service Unresponsive Despite Repeated Requests
It has been 15 days since we opened a service request with Worldline Ingenico, yet no one has come to inspect the device at our location. We have been...
My Ingenico device with serial number JI20027760 was shut down after I repeatedly informed Worldline about the issue, and they failed to take action. On 12.08.2024, I received a warning on the device stating, "If parameters are not loaded, your device will be deactivated on 16.08.2024." When I tried to load the parameters, I kept getting an error, so I contacted their call center at 0850 250 40 30. They couldn't fix it either and opened a service request.
Despite multiple follow-ups on the 13th, 14th, and 15th, nothing was done. On the 16th, my device stopped working. I continued calling on the 16th, 17th, and 19th, and on the 19th, I was told a technician would come that day, but no one showed up. Frustrated, I called their +90 (212) 366 48 00 number on the 20th, but it redirected me to the call center again.
For over nine days, I haven't been able to speak to a single responsible person, and I've lost business, even having to send patients to other pharmacies for their medications. If this device weren't connected to government systems, I would have thrown it away by now. Worldline's unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating.
I demand immediate action and for the company to reach out to me. All my legal rights are reserved.

I sent my broken POS cash register with the serial number JHWE20038879 to Worldline Ingenico so they could fix it. It was thought that the repair would cost around 6,000 to 7,000 TL. As I was thinking about my choices, I saw that your helpline (0850 250 4030) was advertising a deal that gave me a 2,...

I own an Ingenico cash register POS system. In 2022, my device malfunctioned, and the service center diagnosed it as a motherboard issue. I had it repaired by an authorized service provider, but when the device returned, it consistently displayed a connection error. Each time I contacted the service...

Handling Worldline Ingenico's POS service seems to cause more trouble than solve problems. You can't bring in the broken device until they come to pick it up themselves, which usually takes about 4-5 days after they promise to come. And they still don't give it back until a week later. They really d...
