Worldline Ingenico Service Unresponsive Despite Repeated Requests
It has been 15 days since we opened a service request with Worldline Ingenico, yet no one has come to inspect the device at our location. We have been calling customer service almost every day to create a service request, but each time, they simply say, “Your request has been received,” and take no further action. This company has absolutely no service support. Even after we paid the service closure fee 10 days ago, they still have not come to perform the temporary closure. Ingenico has been nothing but a disappointment. We paid money only to be left frustrated—what a shame. We urgently request a response from a company representative, as we cannot even find someone to speak to directly.
