Left Earbud Not Connecting — Jabra Service Rejects Warranty
The left side of my earbuds wasn’t connecting, so I contacted the authorized service center to ask what needed to be done since the product was still under warranty. The main office asked me to send the device to Istanbul and gave me a code, telling me to ship it with the return postage covered. I agreed and sent it in.
Later, they informed me that the repair cost would be $97, which is extremely high, and claimed that the product could not be repaired. They then sent the device back to me. However, when the package arrived, I was charged $24 for shipping.
My product was under warranty, and the issue was not caused by user error. Not only did they refuse to repair it under warranty, but they also charged me for shipping even though they originally stated that I wouldn’t have to pay for it.
