Wizz Air broke my suitcase during our flight from London, and despite submitting all required official documents, they continue to demand additional paperwork that is completely unreasonable. The airline now insists I provide a repair report from a luggage repair company stating that the suitcase is beyond repair. This might sound simple, but no such document is issued in my country—there are no companies here that provide written reports like that.

We already submitted photos, damage forms, and multiple supporting reports, but that’s still not enough. They’re just putting up barriers to avoid taking responsibility for the damage they caused. It feels like a way to dodge refunds by creating impossible demands.

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with Wizz Air’s customer service. This is not how a reputable airline should treat its passengers. I demand proper compensation for the broken suitcase—without being forced to chase after documents that don't exist. Wizz Air needs to stop hiding behind red tape and do what’s right.
