Wizz Air Delayed My Flight and I Missed My Airport Transfer Bus in Kutaisi

Yesterday, our Wizz Air flight from Barcelona to Kutaisi was delayed by one hour. We had purchased an airport transfer ticket, but since we arrived late, the transfer bus had already left. There was no clear communication from Wizz Air regarding alternative transfer options, leaving us in a difficult situation. This left us stranded and embarrassed at the airport, and we had to take a taxi instead, which was an unexpected expense. When we approached the Wizz Air office, they were not helpful at all. Despite our repeated requests for assistance, we were simply told there was nothing they could do. The Georgian bus company informed us that the next bus would not arrive for another 8 hours. I am requesting a refund for the transfer ticket we paid for.
