I Face Major Schedule Change on Wizz Air Flight via Trip.com and Denied Full Refund

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Istanbul to Budapest on Wizz Air through Trip.com (reservation number 1653708586123644). My return flight on December 7, originally scheduled for 18:30, was suddenly rescheduled to 05:15 in the morning. This is a major change that makes my travel plans impossible.

Trip.com and Wizz Air only offered a refund for the return segment, but I bought my ticket as a single round-trip package. Even though the airline issued separate PNRs, that is not the passenger’s responsibility. Since I purchased one complete booking, I am entitled to cancel the entire ticket and receive a full refund.

I am requesting that my whole ticket be canceled free of charge and that the full amount be refunded. Customers should not suffer because of airline scheduling changes and technicalities in booking systems.
