Wizz Air System Glitch Prevented Online Check-In – I Deserve a Refund

November 5, 2025 8:40 PM32

I attempted to complete the online check-in for my Wizz Air flight W6 4757 (Skopje – Rome), which was scheduled to depart at 1:00 a.m. Turkey time. After the online check-in opened, I tried multiple times to access the system, but I kept receiving the same error message: “Please try again later.”

The check-in period closed and reopened, yet I continued to experience the same issue and was ultimately unable to complete the process.

Because of this system error, I was forced to check in at the airport, for which I was charged 5,200 MKD, as indicated on the receipt under “Airport check-in.” However, this service should have been available for free online, and the problem was entirely caused by Wizz Air’s system.

I do not accept being charged for a service that is normally free and that I was prevented from accessing due to a system malfunction. I therefore request a full refund of the airport check-in fee I paid.
