I have been trying to reach Wix customer service from Turkey for about a week and unfortunately I cannot get any support. I contacted them many times through live chat, but they repeatedly closed the chat without helping me and did not return to me afterwards. I also tried to reach them by email, but my emails were closed and never answered. I have a payment of approximately ₺3000 that I made to Wix, and since I cannot receive any support or solution despite all my attempts to contact them, I would like this amount to be refunded.
