Century Games Customer Service Ignoring My Issue for 2 Months
I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Century Games for the past 2 months, but their customer service in Turkey has been completely unhelpful. Despite following their instructions multiple times, they still haven’t fixed the problem. This has caused me extreme frustration, and to make matters worse, I’ve spent over 350,000₺ on this game. The lack of assistance is unacceptable. I’m now demanding a full refund for the money I’ve spent. If they don’t reset my account connections soon, I will escalate this to a lawyer and take legal action. I don’t care how much it costs—I will not let them get away with this.
