Papara hasn't returned my 300,000 ₺ for a week. They initially said it would take three working days, but I’ve been left waiting, and now all I receive are automated messages in my email. I’ve called Papara customer service multiple times, but no one provides a clear answer or timeline. It feels like my money is being held hostage, and I’m left in the dark. I feel humiliated, and I am going to file a complaint. There is absolutely no interest or support from their side. Can you urgently process the refund to my own bank account? I have payments to make, and this situation has gone on long enough. I just want my money back without any more excuses.
