BDG Game Account Lock Complaint

I am a user of BDG Game and my account with the registered mobile number 7307938*** has been locked. Since the 12th, whenever I try to log in, the screen shows “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I cannot access my ID in any way. There is approximately ₹6000 stuck in my BDG Game account balance that I am unable to use or withdraw because of this sudden lock. I did not receive any prior warning or proper explanation, and I do not understand for what reason my ID has been locked. I request BDG Game to urgently review my account, remove the lock on my ID or, if you do not wish to reopen it, refund my full balance of ₹6000 to me. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I do not suffer any financial loss because of this problem.
