AliExpress Canceled Order Refund Not Processed
I ordered a product from AliExpress and later canceled the order, but my refund has not been processed. When I contacted the seller, they assured me that AliExpress would handle the refund. However, I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
I have also tried reaching out to AliExpress customer service, but I can't make any progress because there is no Turkish language support, and I struggle to understand the communication in other languages.
This situation has left me frustrated and disappointed. I expect AliExpress to address this issue immediately, process my refund without further delay, and provide more accessible customer service for Turkish-speaking users.
