Unable To Access My Telegram Account

I am having a serious access problem with my Telegram account and I am asking for manual identity verification and account recovery support. I am trying to log in to my Telegram account on a new phone. During the login process, the application asks me to enter the SMS verification code sent to my old phone number. However, I no longer have access to this old phone number and therefore I cannot receive the SMS code requested on the “Enter code” screen, so I am completely unable to log in to my account. I have been experiencing this problem since 10 May and during this period I have not been able to access my messages, contacts and account data in any way. Since I cannot receive SMS on the old number, I have no way to complete the standard verification steps. I request that my identity be verified by alternative methods and my account be recovered, or that a secure process be initiated to update my phone number, so that I can regain access to my Telegram account.
