Wix.com and Google Ads Issues Cost Me ₺6,000 with No Support for My Campaigns

I created Google Ads campaigns for two sites using Wix.com. I invested a budget of ₺3,000 for the first site, but my ads were disapproved. The Google Ads support team informed me that they couldn’t assist me because there was no Google Ads email account associated with my customer ID on the Wix platform and advised me to contact Wix support. Wix's support team generated a support ticket through their automated system, Nova, but I received no response. For the second site, I also invested ₺3,000; this time, my ads passed the review process, but then the system paused them on its own. Once again, I went through the same frustrating process with Google Ads and Wix support. As a local media company owner, I manage around 15 businesses' websites on the Wix platform. However, due to these issues, I have decided to withdraw all companies from Wix. The inability to find a contact person has left me feeling very insecure. If my issues are not resolved by the weekend, I will likely lose my maximum investments. However, in order to prevent a larger loss for Wix’s reputation in Turkey, I plan to share my experiences across all social media platforms. I also wanted to report my situation to you on sikayetvar.com. In conclusion, I advise against using Wix for your projects. I don't think you would want to be on a platform where you can't find someone to address your issues.

Approximately 20 days have passed since the issue, and the problems are still not resolved. You have a very poor support team. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding my economic loss over the 20 days. I continue to share my experiences with people on all social media platforms. Rest assured, I will do everything in my power to destroy your reputation in Turkey.
