Philips XC8053 Vacuum Pipe Broken Under Warranty: Free Repair or Replacement

I have been using a Philips XC8053 cordless upright vacuum cleaner, which is still under warranty. On 14 October 2026, the plastic connection part of the pipe suddenly broke during normal use, as seen in the attached photo. I have not yet been able to reach or receive any support from any service, seller or store about this problem. I am disappointed that such an important part of a product that is under warranty has broken in this way during standard household use. I request that this problem be resolved under warranty by Philips through free repair, free replacement of the broken part or, if necessary, replacement of the entire product.
